Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Pick44 collects, why, and how we protect it. Pick44 provides observed AI visibility reports; we measure how public AI models already describe companies. We do not sell user data.
What we collect
To run a report we collect the information you provide — your company domain, competitor names, category, and the email address you give us for delivery. We also store the raw responses returned by AI models for the queries we run on your behalf.
How we use it
- To generate, store, and display your AI visibility reports and scores.
- To send the report and (if you subscribe) monitoring alerts to your email.
- To improve our query sets, parser accuracy, and methodology in aggregate.
Data we do not collect or sell
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties. We do not collect sensitive personal categories of data, and we ask you not to submit them.
API keys & secrets
Server-side API keys (Cerebras, Groq, Mistral, NVIDIA, Stripe, Resend, Supabase) are read only on the server and are never exposed to the browser or embedded in client code. We never display, log in plain text, or share your secrets.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers strictly to operate the product: AI model providers (to observe answers), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and our hosting provider. Each processes data only to deliver their function.
Data retention & your choices
You can request export or deletion of your brand's data at any time by contacting us. Raw model answers are retained so reports remain re-runnable and auditable; you may request their removal.
Accuracy of AI outputs
AI model outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or out of date. Reports reflect what models said in a sample of queries at a point in time — observed in sample, not universal truth.
